Jenefer Lowe was unanimously picked from seven candidates who attended interviews at the end of March. Cornwall Council tells us no start date has been set for her.
Jenifer is well known as a Cornish and Welsh speaker, formerly Cornwall's Arts Officer, and a leading light in Cornish folk-dance band 'Ros Keltek'.
She will work for three years taking forward the Cornish Language Strategy, working with all language groups, and develop projects to bring wider knowledge of Kernewek. |
