At the end of the Pennseythun 2007 members present voted to return to the Perran Sands Holiday Park in 2008 and the Council of the Kowethas began to
negotiate with the Holiday Park. Sadly it has not been possible to reach an agreement because the costs were too high. The cost to persons would have been increased to £109 for three day stay and this was subsequently
increased to up to £149. Additionally the Holiday Park wished to charge the Kowethas £500 for use of the venue and £2 for each serving of tea and
coffee.
So we looked for an alternative venue and we have agreed that the Pennseythun 2008 will be held in the Sandy lodge Hotel, Hilgrove Road, Newquay, from Friday 14 March to Sunday 16 March 2008. Full details will be
